libjna-jni software package provides Dynamic access of native libraries from Java without JNI (native libs), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjna-jni
libjna-jni is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjna-jni package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjna-jni *
You will get with libjna-jni package name, version, architecture and description in a table
